General Terms of use for Pay Small Small
– Our products come with a 3-year standard warranty. – Regular maintenance and service are provided as per the agreement. – The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship errors. – The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. – The customer must follow all provided guidelines for the proper use and maintenance of the products. – Regular maintenance checks are mandatory to keep the warranty valid.
– We aim to complete the installation within 5 working days post-mobilization. – Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
– Our team is available for any post-installation support and maintenance required during the warranty period. – After-sales support includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and necessary repairs covered under the warranty terms.
– SOL’R US LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. – In the event of damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs, the customer may be responsible for repairing the system or will be charged based on the damage done.
– These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
– The warranty does not cover damages resulting from natural disasters, such as lightning, floods, or earthquakes. Additionally, it does not cover damages resulting from faulty electrical connections within the house. – The warranty does not cover damages due to improper installation by unauthorized personnel. – The warranty does not cover systems that have been tampered with or modified without the consent of SOL’R US LIMITED. – The warranty does not cover aesthetic changes that do not affect performance, such as fading or discoloration. – The warranty does not cover damage caused by pests or animals.
– Customers must ensure the solar system is used in accordance with the instructions provided. – Customers are responsible for reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly to SOL’R US LIMITED. – Customers must provide access to the system for maintenance and repair when required. – Customers must not attempt to repair or modify the system themselves; doing so will void the warranty.
– Services rendered outside the warranty period will be charged according to our standard service rates. – Repairs necessitated by user error or negligence will be charged to the customer.

The warranty period of our commodity starts from the date of purchase. | |
1 Product warranty will only be conducted in our service centers or factories. You will need to provide the purchase invoice or the product warranty card on application for the warranty service. | |
Important Notice; | |

2 If the buyer fails to follow and adhere to the instructions and maintenance policy that follows the product on the manual of the product and it gets damaged, the warranty will not apply. | |

· 3 If the warranty card provided by the buyer does not tally with the product information or has been altered, the warranty will not apply. | |
