SOL’R US Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the SOL’R US Pay Small Small Affiliate Program. These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our program, ensuring a fair and transparent relationship between SOL’R US and its affiliates.

By registering as an affiliate and using the SOL’R US Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Affiliate: An individual or entity participating in the SOL’R US Pay Small Small Affiliate Program.
  • SOL’R US: The owner and administrator of the Pay Small Small Affiliate Program, offering solar energy solutions across Nigeria.
  • Affiliate Code: A unique identifier given to affiliates that allows tracking of customers referred by the affiliate and also serves as a promo code that provides discounts to referred customers.
  • Customer: An individual or entity that uses the Pay Small Small program via an affiliate’s code.

2. Affiliate Registration

To participate in the SOL’R US Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Submit an accurate and complete application via our affiliate program registration page.
  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Accept and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. SOL’R US reserves the right to reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Code Usage

  • Upon acceptance into the program, affiliates will receive a unique affiliate code.
  • This affiliate code is only valid for use in the Pay Small Small program and not for general solar purchases or other services/products.
  • Affiliates may share their codes with potential customers who are registering for the Pay Small Small program. Customers using the code during registration will receive a discount.
  • The code must be entered by the customer at the time of Pay Small Small registration for both the discount and the affiliate tracking to apply.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission based on the successful use of their unique affiliate code during Pay Small Small registrations:

  • 5% Base Commission for each successful registration made using your affiliate code.
  • 7% Commission if an affiliate generates 5+ registrations within a calendar month.
  • 10% Commission for affiliates who generate 10 or more registrations within a calendar month.

Commissions are calculated based on the total value of the Pay Small Small contract (excluding taxes and additional fees).

5. Payouts

  • Payouts will be processed monthly, provided that the affiliate has earned a minimum of ₦20,000 in commissions for the payout period.
  • If the minimum threshold is not reached, the earnings will roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate payment details, as SOL’R US is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or outdated information.
  • Payment methods may include bank transfers or other payment gateways at SOL’R US’s discretion.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must:

  • Promote the Pay Small Small program in an honest, transparent, and responsible manner.
  • Ensure that all content used to promote SOL’R US is accurate and not misleading.
  • Use only the approved affiliate code and not alter, modify, or misrepresent the code in any way.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of SOL’R US and not use our branding, trademarks, or logos without explicit permission.

Affiliates may promote their affiliate code via:

  • Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Email marketing (provided it complies with all applicable laws regarding email marketing).
  • Personal conversations, local groups, or communities.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Misleading customers regarding the terms of the Pay Small Small program or the discounts offered.
  • Using the affiliate code in unethical or illegal manners, including but not limited to spamming, fraudulent registrations, or false advertising.
  • Purchasing Pay Small Small contracts themselves using their affiliate code for self-benefit.

Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

8. Termination

SOL’R US reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at its sole discretion, especially in cases where affiliates violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by sending written notice to SOL’R US. Upon termination, the affiliate will forfeit any unpaid commissions below the threshold.

9. Modifications

SOL’R US reserves the right to update or modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

10. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
